There's something about this oversized crisp white vest that I love so much. It's minimalistic and so versatile at the same time. Dressed up or dressed down, I think this is going to be a perfect piece for the spring season. The one I'm wearing is from Target. By the way, Target has the cutest spring collection right now. We all know that sometimes, what you wear can affect your attitude and your whole outlook of the day. When I wore this outfit, I was feeling pretty gloomy because of the weather so I decided to put on a floral printed dress to brighten up my day. This dress was too girly for my taste so I threw on a pair of my new found "rocker" boots that I picked up last month. and BAM, just like that, it brightened up my day.

Birthday Weekend

Who else celebrates their birthday the entire week? I do, because surely, one day is not enough. 

This years celebration consisted alot of eating as you will notice in these upcoming photos. These are just some of my favourite shots I wanted to share with all of you. I have certainly been blessed to be surrounded by family and friends on my birthday! 

My parents took me to a buffet place where they always go to. Let me just tell you how amazing everything tasted!

To all my Canadian friends, I hope you are all having an amazing long weekend! This weekend is the hottest day we've had all year! 

 I apologize for another Zara skort post that's been popping up on everyones fashion blog. I'm pretty sure that everyone and their mother owns this piece but that didn't stop me from purchasing it or blogging about it. It's so cute that I don't think anyone can do an overkill with too much exposure.

Sunday Funday

Happy sunday everyone! It was an uneventful weekend for me, but I feel  like I've accomplished something nonetheless. I spent the whole morning cleaning out my closet and ended up with three bags worth of clothes.

I also rearranged my room to fit the king size bed we scored at the ikea midnight madness sale! My husband and I actually just planned on snacking on their $1 icecream yogurts but one thing led to another and we ended up buying a king size mattress board.  I can finally sleep without him hitting me during my sleep. haha.

So-all in all, boring,but I feel refreshed and looking forward to the long weekend coming up! Here's my quick Sunday outfit. Hope you all enjoyed your weekend!
