Boho Styles

I'm almost embarrassed to post this as it took me so long to get this last shoot up with Livy and Denean. This last post was the quickest one out of the three because our creativity flow started to run down as time went on and it just got even colder. :S
Anyway, if you haven't seen Denean's tutorial on the makeup and some behind the scene footage, check it out here! I would like to thank both these girls for giving me the opportunity to collaborate with them! It was so much fun and look forward to future collabs!
Don't forget to give their social media accounts some love!

Camo & Stripes

Pants: Express (similar here) | Shoes: Joe Fresh | Jacket: Winners (loving this here) | Top: H&M

I feel like I haven't been putting in enough time to put a post together. I've had many busy weekends and really just waiting for the weather to get better. It's snowing now as I write this and it only makes sense that it's the first day of spring. I love you Edmonton.

Anyway, here's an outfit to share with you guys for the meantime. Stripes and camo just makes sense to me. What do you think?

Mixed Prints Collaboration

Aldo shoes
Love Quotes scarf
Urban Outfitters skirt
Material Girl top and sweater
Jcrew necklace

This post is a little different than normal because today, I'm doing a trend collaboration with Gaeye. I met her through instagram and she approached me to start a mixed print trend collaboration. I loved the idea and straight to my closet I went.

I made sure that the prints were neutral so that they wouldn't clash. To add a bit of color to the outfit, I added the bright yellow scarf. Who says you can't wear bright colours in the winter? The gold print and the bright yellow just made sense to me too. What do you think?
To see the details of Gaeye's outfit, go visit her blog here. We didn't even plan it, but we both ended up adding a pop of colour with our mixed prints. Great minds? hehe.
